We are a sister branch of Provision Care LTD, located in Leicester, Leicestershire. Our mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. We understand that many of our children face challenges, and we are dedicated to supporting them as they move forward and look towards a brighter future.
At Provision Care Children, we follow the principles of Therapeutic Parenting and the PACE Model of care, which are at the heart of everything we do. These approaches are not just frameworks; they are guiding philosophies that shape our interactions and support strategies for each child in our care.
THERAPEUTIC PARENTING
Therapeutic parenting focuses on understanding and addressing the emotional needs of children who have experienced trauma or adversity. We believe that every child deserves to feel secure, valued, and respected. Our approach fosters a deep sense of trust and connection, enabling children to express themselves freely and develop healthy relationships.
PACE
PACE, which stands for Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy, is a core element of our practice. By embodying these principles, we create an environment that encourages children to explore their feelings and experiences in a safe and supportive space.
These values inform our daily practices and interactions, allowing us to build meaningful relationships with the children in our care. By embedding Therapeutic Parenting and the PACE Model into our ethos, we empower our young residents to develop resilience, self-awareness, and the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges.
