The Registered Manager
Joshua Taylor-Williams, a seasoned Registered Manager with Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications, began his journey in 2015 as a Residential Childcare Worker. With a track record of managing large homes and achieving OFSTED Good ratings, he has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills. Beyond Residential Care, Joshua’s passion for nurturing young minds led him to roles as a performing arts teacher and curriculum senior leader at an SEMH School in Frolesworth, where he fostered creativity and confidence in students. Committed to youth well-being, Joshua has also served in various capacities with the National Citizens Service. Additionally, he chairs Williams Creatives, a not-for-profit supporting performers in Leicestershire and providing assistance to children in need. Leveraging his Performing Arts degree, Joshua empowers individuals to pursue their aspirations by fostering confidence and resilience. Inspired by his own experiences as a care leaver, he is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where children can thrive and achieve their full potential.
