Making a Referral

Referring a Child to Provision Care

If you are considering a referral for a child to Rosewood House, the process is straightforward. To initiate a referral, please contact us by sending the child’s details to referrals@provisioncarechildren.co.uk. This allows our team to begin the assessment process and evaluate whether Rosewood House is the right fit for the child’s individual needs.

Once we receive the referral, the Home Manager, will review the information and conduct an assessment to determine if the child’s needs can be met by the home. The final decision regarding admissions rests with the Home Manager, ensuring that we provide the most suitable environment and support for each child.

Emergency Placements

We understand that circumstances can change rapidly, and sometimes children need immediate support. At Rosewood House, we will consider emergency placements when a child is assessed to pose a manageable risk and is likely to positively fit in with the existing residents.

Once an emergency placement is agreed upon, each child or young person will receive the full support outlined in their care plan, alongside essential information to help them adjust. This includes our children’s guide, an allocated key worker, and clear expectations regarding behaviour. We believe that every child deserves a warm welcome and the same comprehensive information provided to all new arrivals at Rosewood House.
